iOS Mobile Device Users

You have the ability to access your hosted RDP session from your iOS mobile device. To access the RDP environment from your iOS mobile device, you will need to download the Microsoft Remote Desktop app. The following steps will instruct you on how to access your session using the Microsoft Remote Desktop app.

Please note: If this is your first time logging into RDP environment and you have not yet created your own password, you will need to do so prior to proceeding with the set up instructions below. You will not be able to successfully log into your RDP session until you have created your own password. Click here for instructions.
1.   Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop application from the App Store.

2.   Once downloaded and installed, click and open the Microsoft Remote Desktop app.

3.   Click the (+) symbol (located in the upper-right corner) and select Add Remote Resource Feed from the dropdown menu.

4.   Click on the Feed URL field. In the next window, type in the following URL and click Done:

5.   Click on the User Name field. Then, select Add User Account.

6.   Type your login credentials in the appropriate fields and click Save. Then, click Save on the next window.

7.   After clicking Save, the application(s) available to you will appear in the Hosted Apps section (as shown below).

You have now successfully set up access to your RDP environment on your iOS device.

How to Sign In:
1.   Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop application from the App Store.

4.   Click on the Feed URL field. In the next window, type in the following URL and click Done:

5.   Click on the User Name field. Then, select Add User Account.

4.   Click on the Email or Workspace URL field.

5.   In the next window, type in the following URL and then click on Ask When Required to the left of User Account.

6.   Click on the Add User Account field.

7.   Enter your user name and click Save.

8.   Click the back arrow on the User Account screen.

9.   The Add Workspace page will now be populated with your Workspace URL and your User Account, click Next.

10.   After clicking Next, the remote desktop/Applications available to you will appear in the Workspaces screen.
