Printing from RDP Session: Install the Screwdrivers Printing Client

In order to print from your hosted environment, you will need to install the ScrewDrivers printing client. The following steps will guide you through the process.
  1. Log into your hosted dashboard.
  2. Go to the top left of your dashboard screen, find Install the add-on to support printing and click on 64-bit Windows or 32-bit Windows.

  3. If you receive the below prompt, click Run.

    7. Click Next

  7. Click Install and the installation process will begin. A progress screen will appear during this time.

    8. Click Install

  8. Click Finish.

    9. Click Finish
